About Us

The One Breckenridge Place Association, Inc. (Association) is a non-profit organization established to manage the 39 unit townhome project located at 315 S. Park Breckenridge, Colorado. The Association is governed by Declarations, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations adopted by the Declarant and/or Board of Directors.

The Association is managed by a three member Board of Directors. One Board member is elected annually for a three year term. Any homeowner may participate in a Board meeting by requesting to do so. Most meetings are held by teleconference.

The Board of Directors does not have regularly scheduled meetings, but rather meets periodically as necessary to review and/or approve business of the Association. The annual meeting of homeowners is normally held on the Saturday before Labor Day or the following Saturday at a location in Breckenridge. The annual meetings are held each October.

Great Western Lodging is employed by the Association to handle day-to-day operations and all accounting and financial transactions for the Association. The primary contact for Great Western is Keith Kroepler.

Great Western Lodging maintains a homeowner association website (gwlhoa.com) for the four associations they manage. This website contains contact information for the Board and for Great Western Lodging, financial statements, budgets, minutes of Board and annual meetings, and all governing documents for the Association. Homeowners are encouraged to visit this website a few times during the year.
